We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 7 days. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Item must be unopened.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
